If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including organizations and their authorized team members.
The Compliance Platform is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution for managing compliance with the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and the NIS-2 Directive. The Service includes compliance tracking, vulnerability management, SBOM generation, risk assessment, audit documentation, and related features as described on our website.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Organization administrators are responsible for managing team member access and permissions within their workspace.
The Service is available under multiple plans, including a free tier with limited features. Paid subscriptions (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. The Starter plan includes a 14-day free trial. Prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and are subject to applicable VAT. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Blue Panther GmbH and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy. All data is hosted within the European Union. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. For details on data collection, processing, and your rights, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, the Service does not constitute legal advice and does not guarantee regulatory compliance. You are responsible for verifying that your compliance measures meet applicable regulatory requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Panther GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may terminate your account at any time through the platform settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted unless retention is required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
